I was not pleased with the first arrangement that was sent but after being contacted by the owner, she was very kind and made it right by sending another arrangement that was very beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thank you for your review, we are sorry we did not have the tulips you had requested, we did see you had placed your order around 12:00pm on Feb12 and requested to pick up Feb 13 that did not give us any time to have your color tulips. We also recommend placing orders with time to make sure you receive the flowers & color requested.
